1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • We ship all orders within 3 business days from the time of order confirmation.
  • Returns are accepted only if the product is unopened and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns for used or opened items.
  • We only accept returns if the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the product is unused and has all accompanying materials.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us on the same day of delivery.
  • We will promptly assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund based on the condition and availability of the product.

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds for defective or damaged items will be processed within 7 days after we receive the returned product.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Installed digital door locks
  • Opened or used sanitary products

Process for Returns:

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at enquiry@uplyift.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. In such cases, UPLYIFT will cover the shipping expenses.
